Printing in Excel

To print an Excel worksheet:

  1. Highlight the area that needs to be printed.
  2. Click File and select Page Setup.
  3. Under Orientation, select Landscape, and Fit to 1 page under the Scaling section.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click File and select Print.
  6. In the Print dialog box illustrated below, select a printer from the drop-down menu at the top.
  7. Select the Selection button at the bottom left corner.
  8. Click the Preview button to check that the Spreadsheet has the desired appearance.
  9. Click OK to print.

To print formulas:

  1. Display formulas.
  2. Click File and select Page Setup.
  3. Select the Sheet tab on the Page Setup dialog box, illustrated below.
  4. Select Columns to Repeat at Left.
  5. Select Gridlines.
  6. Select Row and Column Headings.
  7. Then repeat steps 5 on as featured above to print.
