Altering Page Setup

1. Click the File menu, then select Page Setup.
2. Select the Margins tab.
3. Alter the margin sizes by either:
• Highlighting the figure, then typing in the figure you want.
• Altering the figure by means of the small Up/Down arrows (up increases, down decreases).
4. Click OK.

Altering Paper Size

1. Click the File menu, then select Page Setup.
2. Select the Paper Size tab.
3. Select A4.
4. Click OK.

Altering Page Orientation

1. Click the File menu, then select Page Setup.
2. Select the Paper Size tab.
3. Under Orientation are two buttons - Portrait and Landscape. Portrait prints the page vertically, Landscape prints the page horizontally.

Open any of your documents and try this out by altering its page setup, and then printing it.
