Using ICT to be Inclusive
This one day course will explore areas where ICT can be used to support children with Additional Learning Needs.
Demonstrations and hands-on sessions will include:
- Exploiting features of the schools Managed Service System
- Creating resources using TextEase and Clicker 5
- Using microphones to record speech
- Using the Internet to find support materials and resources
Course Objectives:
- Participants will be able to know what changes can be made to the school system to support children with Additional Learning Needs
- Plan activities to develop appropriate ICT skills
